At Atoma & Telila washing stations, sustainability drives every aspect of our work. We are committed to making a meaningful impact by implementing social, environmental, and economic sustainability initiatives that benefit coffee farmers and the wider community.
In terms of economic sustainability, we provide stable employment for permanent staff and daily laborers from the local area. Our outgrower farmers share in the financial success through dividends, promoting long-term economic security.
Our focus on coffee quality is unwavering. We provide continuous training on pre- and post-harvest practices, such as pruning and stumping, to enhance yields and quality. Local agronomists are engaged to support farmers in maximizing both quality and productivity.
To promote environmental sustainability, we supply high-quality compost at our washing stations and are committed to delivering it directly to farmers at no cost. Our use of nutrient-rich helps improve soil health and increase crop productivity.
Additionally, we are launching digital platforms to strengthen our collaboration with farmers, ensuring full transparency and traceability throughout the supply chain.
