Quality Control

Coffee producers are trained in the modern methods of planting, cultivating, processing and storing their coffee. The coffee we purchase is brought to our processing facility where it is machine cleaned, hand-picked and regularly liquored.  Our coffee is then sent to the Ethiopian Coffee Liquoring Unit for a declaration certificate evidencing that each truckload conforms to the quality standards stipulated in our sales contracts. This integrated quality control system from production to delivery ensures that you receive the highest quality Ethiopian coffee.
